Dr. Corinice Wilson has spent three decades inside Tulsa's colleges, boardrooms, and neighborhoods doing the unglamorous work most people talk about but never do.

She earned her PhD from Oklahoma State University studying how communities fail their most vulnerable people. Then she spent 30 years trying to change that.

She has managed millions in federal grants. Supervised 90+ employees. Sat on the boards of Youth Services of Tulsa, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, KIPP, League of Women Voters, Teach Not Punish, and OCCJ. She co-led the Tulsa Gang Coordinating Committee. She served as a Tulsa City Commissioner on the Beyond the Apology Commission.
